The brothers of Phi Beta Sigma are the Fraternity's most valuable resource and strength. They are the primary means by which the Phi Beta Sigma objectives will be achieved. In order to accomplish the Fraternity's objectives, it is essential that systems are instituted that effectively embody "Culture For Service and Service For Humanity" and promote brotherhood, scholarship and service.

We are the men of the Rho Kappa Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity INC. We are located at the University of Dubuque, Dubuque Iowa. Our Chapter was establish in 1988 by Bro. Johnny Jones and was then reestablished in 2009 by Bro. Carl Cooper. We are the largest chapter in the state of Iowa and still growing. We are the most diverse chapter in the Great Lakes Region, and 3rd largest chapter in the region. We uphold our principles of Brotherhood, Scholarship, and Service to the upmost of our abilities, and strive for Bigger Better Business, Social Action and Education.
